Retail Space

Retail vendors will have the ability to remain open during the entire festival. All retail vendors will be required to post hours at the vendor area. Vendors will be randomly placed individually and in groups to ensure equal exposure for all vendors. Like vendors will not be placed in the same site groups.

Vendors will first place an application for Festival Vendor. We will inform all vendors of approval status within three days from complete information received. The decision of approval will be based on number of like vendors already applied, and content to be sold. No adult or sexually explicit materials will be exhibited at vendor space.

Vendors will be listed on the website in a Vendor Directory and at the Festival as well.

Costs
Uncovered Space: $20.00 per day and  15% of sales. Pre-registration for the entire three days with payment will receive a discount to 10% of sales fee.
