Voting has closed 12:01am eastern time on 2-27-2010

Voting opened for this category on 2-12-2010. Voting was closed on 2-26-2010, actually just after midnight on 2-27-2010.
Recipients will be announced 3-8-2010 on Rainbow World Radio then posted here. If there is interest in an awards show with artist participation the show could be delayed until 3-15-2010. I will have that decision by 3-3-2010 and will release here and via email.
Please check here for any changes or updates.
Thanks for your support , Len

February 26, 2010 UPDATE!
A program crash caused  a large data loss. PITA Music votes and OutVoice Votes are fine as stored in another area. Unfortunately the ballots for the Video Awards were part of the data lost. Rather than utilize partial ballots the entire process for the Video Awards will be started again with the next awards this year.  Email is part of the lost area, if you need to contact me do so at len@stonewallsociety.net

Votes will be placed and delivered in Ballot form. Each ballot will contain all available nominees and awards for that category, (music).  Only one, the first, ballot per category will be accepted from each verified and valid email address. So make sure you nominate all for each ballot before submitting.
It has come to my attention that emails are being sent stating that you may vote as often as you wish, just from different email accounts. That is not correct. The point to this is one ballot/vote per person. I will be checking ballots to determine duplicate voters. When found duplicate ballots/votes will be deleted. In heavy cases of this abuse the voter mat be disqualified from posting any vote.
It is fine for artists and voters to suggest nominees to each other. However,  it is not in accordance with Pride in The Arts goals to have anyone send a completed ballot to any voter/voters as instruction to vote. I have added a screening process to aid in such vote manipulation. In those cases where such manipulation is suspect, voters will be contacted for further information. If such manipulation is found it could negate associated ballots. A completed ballot would include a detail in order list of information from the ballot. Ballots will only be accepted from the appropriate origin as I have established. I have also experienced for the first time, ballots being sent from personal accounts rather than our established origin.
Thanks, Len Rogers

A complete list with links to their websites of all nominees may be found here.
